Behind 16 & Three is founder and principal designer Dashirl Henderson Roach. With over fifteen years of experience in Finance, Dashirl brings a rare balance of structure, strategy, and creativity to interior design. Her approach is rooted in thoughtful decision-making, ensuring every space is not only beautiful, but intentional and well-considered.
Design, for Dashirl, goes beyond aesthetics. It is about creating environments that reflect how people live, what they value, and how they want to feel in their homes. This perspective allows her to guide clients with clarity and confidence, transforming spaces into designs that feel personal, functional, and enduring.
